The Caifornia Association of Realtors (“CAR”) Education in conjunction with AssettPlan USA offers a Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative (HAFA) certification course. The HAFA Certification (CHS) is designed for real estate agents to understand the Treasury Supplemental Directive 09-09 which was implemented on April 5, 2010. Craig has completed the requirements necessary to become a Certified HAFA Specialist.

Working with a Livermore Short Sale Specialist who is also a Certified HAFA Specialist as well as being a Certified Distressed Property Expert, which Craig is, can save you thousands of dollars.
